Diplo
Over the course of a 20-year career that began with his now-legendary Philly club nightHollertronix, Diplo has collaborated with the world's biggest stars and toured the worldover. Born in Mississippi and raised in Florida, he and his era-defining label Mad Decentcontinue to champion genres and artists from around the world, and further venturesinclude a publishing company and various book, film and TV projects. Distant Matter
DJ & multi-instrumentalist producer Alexander Morris—better known as Distant Matter—is redefining electronic music with his emotionally charged, genre-blending sound. Since launching the project in 2021, Distant Matter has racked up over 20 million streams, building a devoted following through his nostalgic yet futuristic production style. Receiving support and playing alongside the likes of Flume, Elderbrook, it’s murph, Loud Luxury, D.O.D, Post Malone, The Kid Laroi, Two Friends, Laszewo and more, Distant Matter has steadily made a name for himself across North America—delivering high-energy sets on some of the most iconic stages in the game.
Distant Matter’s meteoric rise in the electronic scene has been impossible to ignore. In Summer 2023, he hit the mainstage at two of Canada’s biggest festivals—VELD (Toronto) and Escapade (Ottawa)—followed by a sold-out 6,000+ crowd at the iconic Brooklyn Mirage in NYC.
